Colleen's Design Nook

In the tradition of Sven Ingvar Andersson, everyone needs a 'nook'. A place to display who they are and what they make. This is my digital nook for my design work and photography until it reaches a tangible, physical form.

Yeah I know we’ve all see the Hug Salt and Pepper Shakers by Alberto Mantilla, but just look one more time at them.  They’re totally cute and they’ve served as inspiration for one of my projects before (my dino salt and pepper shakers).  I keep going back to playing around with simple geometries in my sketches, and I want the form of my product to go back to the classical dominant, subdominate, subordinate order.
Sketches to come this evening once I can motivate myself to scan stuff in!
(Thanks Hsiang-Ming for reminding me about this one!)
